Mount Hood

Mount Hood (called Wy’east by the Multnomah tribe) is a tall conical volcano (stratovolcano) and the highest mountain in Oregon. It’s height is about 11,249 feet (3,429 m), and a home of 12 glaciers and snowfields. The last eruption was in 1866.
